JEFF SPECTOR
I grew up building and fixing everything — I built my mom an outdoor gazebo when I was 17-years old and it's still standing today! Now, as an adult, I get to do what I love for a living.
I’ve been working as a full-time, professional handyman since 2018, catering to satisfied clients in Arkansas including in, Little Rock, North Little Rock, and Hot Springs areas.
But it was always my dream to live at the beach, so in January of 2021, I moved to Miramar Beach, Florida.
I am very pleased to be working in the Florida panhandle serving customers in Destin, Miramar Beach, Santa Rosa Beach, Sea Side, Sea Grove, Inlet Beach, Watersound Origin, Nature Walk, and Freeport areas. Many of the projects that we do for our customers have started as a pencil drawing on a napkin of hours spent on Pinterest, maybe even a lasting memory form a family vacation. What we specialize in is listening to our client's ideas and making them come true. It could be a small repair to a full interior remodeling project. Below are just a few of so many projects that we have completed for your clients.
INDOOR PAINT & FLOORING
We just finished painting all the walls, trim and doors. We also removed the original carpet from the master bedroom and closets. Then installed LPV that my client had picked out. The condo looks beautiful! We love what we do!
INTERIOR PAINT & KITCHEN UPDATE
We updated the kitchen and painted every inch of this 3200 square foot, luxury condo. In the kitchen, we removed the old backsplash and countertops. Then we cut the upper bar down to one level before the new countertops were installed.
EXTERIOR PAINT
This exterior paint job was no easy feat. We painted 2 coats of high quality paint on everything including the wrap around porch. All by hand, no paint sprayers.
My client hired Michael Abell Electricians to install new ceiling fans and lights on the porch. My client loved it and we love what we do!
CUSTOM SCREENED IN PORCH WITH DOUBLE DOORS
We screened in this lower porch a few weeks ago. My client ordered these gorgeous, red oak doors that arrived unfinished. I took them home and stained them. We just installed them this morning. My clients love the way the job turned out and we love what we do!
CUSTOM BUNKBEDS
We love to build custom bunkbeds. So far everyone single one has been different from the other. This one is 2 Full over Full and 2 Twin XL over TwinXL. We painted it Sherwin Williams, Sea Salt.
About 6 months ago we painted the bedroom walls and ceiling, Chantilly Lace by Benjamin Moore.
My clients loved it and we love what we do!
KITCHEN REMODEL
This turned out gorgeous! All new Shaker cabinet doors and drawer faces, new Shaker cabinet crown, and new cabinet shelves. We painted all the cabinets inside and out, and installed new slow close hinges, and new brushed nickel hardware. Next, we added shiplap accents on the end of the cabinets, new quartz countertops, and new Kohler faucet. Installed new LED cabinet lighting, two gorgeous hanging lights by Currey & Company, and the gorgeous 3D blacksplash.
